Fellows Emrys Green and Diana Walton of Upstart Projects (the charity behind the popular online magazine Voice and the Arts Award Alumni Network) have developed training funded by the Social Investment Business all about engaging youth voice in organisations.
They're offering subsidised training on 21 May in Birmingham and on 5 June in North London. The 4-hour sessions will be practical, fun and full of information about how to engage with young people in a meaningful way. Each adult booking a place can bring a young person for free. The training is co-delivered with a young person and will be tailored to meet the needs of participants. Modules (chosen on sign-up) include Engaging Digitally, Young Ambassadors and Co-producing Events. Participants will also get free access to all modules online.
