Sascha Taylor
Sascha is Director of People and Resources.
Sascha has worked in the People space for over 20 years and has held various regional and UK-wide HR, L&D and talent roles in large organisations including IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, BBC Worldwide and Rolls Royce. In recent years, Sascha has balanced her family life alongside working as an independent HR consultant – supporting small and medium sized organisations and charities. In parallel, she has enjoyed trustee roles for London charities and worked as a General Manager for a grassroots arts and reuse charity on a high-rise estate in Wandsworth.
Prior to joining the RSA, Sascha led the People function at the National Childbirth Trust – the UK’s largest parenting charity.
Sascha has an MA in Human Resources Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
