Tim is now seeking interviewees from across the public, private and non-profit sectors for a new film project on leadership and ethics.
'True Leaders' is a film project about authenticity and ethics in leadership, led by Tim Segaller FRSA.
More specfically, the project will explore the kind of leadership that's called for by current social and environmental challenges – leadership that's deeply rooted in self-awareness, the courage to stay true to oneself and one's values, and the ethical imperatives of making decisions that serve the best interests of others and wider society.
As part of the project, Tim will interview leaders from the private, public and third sectors who are inspired by this theme, with a view to sharing their experience and wisdom.
There is more detailed information to be found via the project's website, where people can also apply to be interviewees.
