Following the success of #PowerToCreate the East Midlands Team has set out a series of opportunities for Fellows to connect and be inspired across 2016. The regional team will host these events to act as a springboard for further discussion and ideas.
- RSA Engage: Connect, Inform and Inspire. Engage provides an opportunity to meet other Fellows, hear about the work of the RSA and to be inspired by Fellows who are turning ideas into action.
- RSA Watch: The RSA brings some leading thinkers to the Great Room in London. Our mission is to watch the talk and discuss the ideas and concepts raised. Join us for an evening event which mixes leading thinkers and local doers to inspire and discuss key topics.
- Meet the Team: Join the Regional Team for an informal opportunity to hear about what is happening locally, ask questions, discuss project ideas and share your stories

Through the Regional Event and Regional Fellows’ Award programmes we hope you’ll also come forward with your ideas to test projects and topics. We are already supporting a Leicester-based session on Devolution and Combined Authorities and will continue to support the well-attended Nottingham Meetups that have been running 5-6pm before 'First Tuesdays' at Antenna.
Don’t forget Fellows have expressed interest in exploring topics like:
• Tiny Homes
• Metros and the sharing of power to cities
• Social Eating
• Waste
• Social activism
• Creativity and learning
• Intergenerational learning
• Coffee house conversations
Get in touch to help and move this ideas forward.
