This masterclass workshop, led by RSA Fellow Simon Milton, will be exploring purposeful principles and channelling your dark side.
In his next masterclass Simon Milton of Pulse Brands will be joined by conflict resolution expert and peacemaker David Nyheim to explore the role of the dark side of our personality as a force for good.
The session is a chance to explore and challenge what you or your organisation is capable of doing and look at the difference this can make in the world.
- David has worked in over 20 conflict regions in the world and has witnessed some of the most brutal behaviour imaginable. He will bring his own experience to how the dark side can be turned into a force for good and how it needs to be carefully managed at an organisational level.
- Simon will continue his journey exploring the 12 Purposeful Principles along the dark and light spectrum and help attendees move beyond ‘why’ organisations need a clear purpose to ‘how’ to deliver real change.
