  • Fellowship

Our family of seven RSA academies are all based in the West Midlands. Find out more about what they are doing, and how you can engage with their work.

This term we have launched a new project, A Comprehensive Approach to Mental Health in Schools, whereby all staff in schools (including midday meals supervisors and office staff as well as teachers and teaching assistants) will receive some level of training and identifying children with mental health difficulties. More information is in Chief Executive Alison Critchley’s blog.

We are also continuing to support a range of activities to build connections between young people and the world beyond school, including workplace visits for sixth form students. We have large numbers of current students interested in careers in law, engineering, journalism and accountancy, and we would be very keen to hear from any Fellows who might be able to host a workplace visit in one of these areas. If you might be able to help please contact Roisin Ellison: roisin.ellison@rsaacademies.org.uk.
