Join us for an interactive workshop, led by Tabitha Jayne from Earthself, which will explore how you can develop your project or business in alignment with the natural world.

In order to create a future where all live in Earth thrives, we need new ways of doing business; ones that allow us to model and mimic the inherently sustainable systems that already exist in Earth. In this dynamic and engaging workshop, you will gain access to Earthself’s tree-based tools and systems that we use to develop our own business/projects as well as that of our clients.

Together we’ll start work on developing your business/project in real time to help you get the most out of working with this tool. At the end of the workshop, you’ll gain complimentary access to Earthself’s online training to help you continue to develop your TreeMap as well as the TreeMap Trello Operating System.

Please see below some feedback given by Laura Corfield, Director: Shift Bristol

https://www.shiftbristol.org.uk/

“In late 2022 Shift Bristol lost its Creative Director and Co-Founder to terminal illness. When I began working with Tabitha in the Spring, I was daunted to be taking the business forward under new leadership, and my sense of direction and strategy felt like a fog. Due to Tabitha's holistic approach, which balances the needs of people, business and Earth, I was able to navigate this vulnerable transition.

Earthself has enabled me to:

• reflect creatively and replenish myself through connection with natural surroundings

• clarify Shift Bristol's purpose and niche within its network and ecosystem

• identify the roles and skills needed in order to effectively recruit people into the organisation, enabling it to thrive and grow in line with its aims

• use Earthself's TreeMap to highlight and prioritise the strategic branches of the business, rooted within accurate assessment of capacity, resources and impact of activities

I can't rate Earthself and Tabitha highly enough to anyone needing to ground their business and practice in a rhythm that is resilient and nourishing. I have never felt more capable of taking steps forward with confidence.”
