Inspired by the RSA’s history as a social improvement organisation dating back over 250 years, our new First Friday Changemakers series offers an interactive space to share and develop ideas for social change.

Join RSA Fellow Geralyn Mulqueen for a deep dive into her initiative, ArtfortheSenses.

ArtfortheSenses offers a curated environment for creative expression to help alleviate stress and promote mental wellbeing.

The benefits of art and creativity are now well accepted and the opportunity to access should be for everyone - not solely for enjoyment but to build resilience, self-confidence, improve mental health, and increase productivity and growth.

ArtfortheSenses leads individuals/groups through a considered series of workshops and into the journey of artmaking with proven results both in terms of participation and longer lasting benefits. Moving beyond cultural conditioning, fear of failure, past experiences, and fixed mindsets.

Join us on the first Friday of the month for an informal talk from one of our guest speakers, followed by a chance to discuss the topic of the day or anything else on your mind, in small breakout rooms. We start at 2pm and we’ll be finished by 2.45pm, allowing you to enjoy your Friday afternoon with inspiring speakers and interesting colleagues.
