This March, the RSA London Mindfulness Network will host Lama Zangmo of the Kagyu Samye Dzong Tibetan Buddhist Centre, who will address mindful acknowledgement and appreciation of the quality of impermanence in our lives.
The session on Wednesday 21 March will include guided mindfulness exercises and a talk by Lama Zangmo on how acknowledging and appreciating the nature of impermanence can provide the clarity to see and deal with our world truly as it is. This session is open to those with existing mindfulness practices as well as beginners.
Awareness of impermanence can be helpful in:
- clarifying our priorities;
- experiencing the true nature of reality; and
- navigating our time more wisely.
While this session is to be held at the RSA House, the RSA London Mindfulness Network is always seeking interesting and accessible venues for our monthly network events, so please contact us if you have a place in mind.
