Oliver Burrows
Oliver Burrows is Interim Director of Research and Learning at the RSA.
Oliver has provided guidance on the RSA’s quantitative work, across both research and operations, since joining the team as an Associate Fellow. He has temporarily become a part-time member of staff to lead the research directorate while Kim Bohling takes a sabbatical.
Outside of the RSA, Oliver runs an analytics consultancy, focusing on economics and geospatial data. He has extensive experience of economic policy analysis, data strategy and data science from his time at the Bank of England, where he held a range of economics positions before becoming the Bank of England’s Chief Data Officer.
