Joe Hallgarten
Director of Creative Learning and Development
Joe leads the RSA’s programme of policy research and practical innovations which focus on closing the creativity gap in learning. Joe taught in urban primary schools for five years, before moving into policy analysis and programme leadership.
Louise Bamfield
Associate Director, Education
Louise is particularly interested in tackling educational disadvantage, building on her previous roles as senior research fellow at the Fabian Society and as a senior policy advisor at the Child Poverty Unit.
Kenny McCarthy
Action and Research Coordinator
Over the last few months Kenny has worked closely with the creative learning and development team, playing a key role in their Licensed to Create project, looking into how we can improve teacher quality.
Selina Nwulu
Researcher
Selina works across several projects in the Education team and has worked for a number of not for profit organisations including the Equality and Human Rights Commission. She is currently studying for an MSc in Education, Power and Social Change.
