Since 1924, RSA Student Design Awards participants have risen to the challenges of their times.
This year we’re inviting students and recent graduates (within one year) from around the world to participate in our free workshops to support your Student Design Awards projects and beyond!
Our workshops will introduce a range of different approaches, methods and tools, providing practical guidance for you to apply and continue exploring.
So valuable being able to discuss a project together and bounce ideas off each other!
Join this interactive design workshop with design agency Bond and Coyne to look at how good problem solving should balance purpose and playfulness. The session will include design process advice and exercises to help keep your project outcomes exciting as well as pertinent.
How might we create design proposals that do ‘more good’ rather than ‘less harm’, nurturing and adding value to the living systems our work sits within? Join this interactive workshop, in collaboration with Philipa Duthie, to adopt a regenerative approach and reconnect with ourselves, our communities, the places we live, and our planet.
How can you build meaningful engagement with communities, build insights and apply this to your design interventions? Join this community building workshop, in collaboration with Parvinder Marwaha, to adopt approaches to designing collaboratively with value.
