Emily Weiner
Emily Weiner, Partnerships & Membership Development Associate
Emily Weiner is a systems thinking entrepreneur, business advisor, and coach who has spent more than 25 years connecting people and ideas to activate change. She models how to bring intentionality to relationships and partnerships, and leaders rely on her ability to connect the dots, especially between people, to cultivate new opportunities, leading to innovation and impact. She founded The Connectors to help people of all ages develop effective strategies to form relationships, uncover resources, and shift mindsets to move ideas forward.
In addition to her work with established changemakers and professionals, she’s helped thousands of young people connect to their passions, develop new skills, and embrace societal problems as entrepreneurial opportunities. She coaches everyone – from teenagers to people in their 60s – to discover how they can activate change in any organisation, role, sector, and community.
As an entrepreneur, she has started her businesses and worked across most sectors, including corporate, nonprofit, academia, government, and politics (though she promises never to return to politics).
Emily is a Wellesley College alumna, RSA Fellow, Global Advisor to Orora Global, Advisory Board member of Community Dispute Settlement Center, Host Committee Member of the EmpowerHER campaign, and Anchor Partner for the RSA’s Power of Connection event, anticipated to take place in Fall of 2025 in Boston. She has been a champion and facilitator of Women2Women, an international leadership programme for women in their teens and 20s, since 2013 and is privileged to support and empower the next generation of leaders who identify as female.
