Nezahat Gultekin

Nezahat has over 15 years of technology sector experience in Silicon Valley and Europe.  She provides independent strategic advisory for proprietary technology investments and acquisitions as well as assisting tech entrepreneurs and executives on strategy, positioning, business model development and capital raise. Nezahat is a Senior Advisor to Atlantic Bridge Capital, a leading growth equity fund investing in technology companies globally. She was a founding member and has been instrumental in building the Future Fifty Programme of Tech City UK, a Downing Street supported initiative to assist 50 selected growth stage technology companies by delivering bespoke assistance. She currently serves on the Programme’s Advisory Panel. Nezahat also led Tech City UK's fintech initiatives, formed and chaired a working group to support advancement of the sector and to provide policy input, which helped on the inclusion of bad debt relief for lending through P2P platforms in the 2014 Autumn Statement.

Nezahat has significant technology investment banking experience. In that capacity, she spearheaded Credit Suisse's Software, Fintech and Internet franchise for EMEA and was previously at Lehman Brothers/Nomura and Broadview, advising technology companies and investors across the globe on M&A, IPOs, LBOs, and various forms of financings. She is also actively involved in the Turkish tech ecosystem and helps entrepreneurs and local investors on strategy as well as facilitating international strategic and financial investments.

Nezahat has MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University as a Fulbright Scholar and BS in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Turkey as top of the graduating class.
