Kirsten Naudé
Head of Strategic Programmes, London Borough of Newham
Kirsten is the Head of Strategic Programmes for the London Borough of Newham and has previously held director roles in a number of charities focused on supporting children, young people and families. Kirsten has a great deal of experience designing, developing and delivering family-focused provisions, including the set-up and management of an innovation incubator responsible for catalysing income growth and achieving impact for children, young people and families. Kirsten is also a mentor and advisor to a group of social tech start-ups and two accelerator programmes focused on digital inclusion, digital transformation and social media training. One of the programmes that Kirsten leads in Newham is focused on the development alternative provision for education in the borough, to better support vulnerable young people with better life chances.
