RSA US and the Yale Women in Architecture Student Chapter hosted a hybrid event dedicated to illuminating the diverse career paths available within the creative industries.

This unique event took place online as well as at two locations - RSA House and Yale School of Architecture —allowing participants to engage with industry experts, seasoned professionals, and emerging creatives in real time, regardless of where you are.

What can you expect from watching the recording:

Expert Panel: Hear from speakers, Dr. Mariana Amatullo FRSA (Parson School of Design) and Ann Morrow Johnson, AIA (Gensler) who will share their unique journeys in the creative sector. From traditional career paths to unconventional routes, our panelists will discuss how they navigated challenges and embraced opportunities along the way.

Successes and Failures: Gain insight into the realities of creative careers as our panelists share their triumphs and setbacks. Discover how resilience and adaptability can lead to growth and innovation.

Interactive Q&A: Whether attending in person or virtually, you’ll have the chance to ask questions and participate in lively discussions.
