  • Diversity and inclusion

Ageism in the workplace appears somewhat systemic (impacting primarily 50+ age group), tackling it and building a positive multi-generational workplace culture is the goal. How do you do this and what does good look like?

This event has been structured to help you start to engage on the issue and decide if you would like to participate in a series of events sharing what you are doing within your own organisation and learning from others. What is working, how can we overcome challenges and make a positive impact?

This is the first participatory research topic the RSA Economy & Business Network has initiated – it’s open to Fellows and non Fellows who are seeking to tackle this issue within an organisation- SME to Multi-Nationals, Not-for-Profit to PLC’s.

The main things you’ll get from attending:

Insight into what other organisations are doing to prepare for an ageing workforce.
Ideas on how to develop solutions for your own organisation.
A chance to meet other senior leaders influential in their organisations.
A chance to contribute to a wider debate and policy ideas on how to support this major social issue.
