Join the Mindful Living Network for our first event in 2024. We have a guest host to introduce the network to mindful art. Our focus will be to take time out to access the intuitive part of the mind and to let go of any resistance to creativity.
The event is open to all, and no prior experience of meditation is needed. We will get the chance to come together, meet one another, and be led in a practice of guided meditation before starting our mindful art.
Attendees are invited to bring their own supplies or objects for the session (e.g. flower, pair of glasses). Paper and pencils will also be provided.
The session will be led by Tina Basi, co-lead of the Mindful Living Network and invited guest host Lorella McDonald.
