Join us to connect with Fellows whilst finding out more about the RSA, activities, and potential local initiatives, and how you can get involved.
This informal ideas sharing and aspirations event, hosted by Alistair Fee FRSA, will encourage new conversations, explore topics and projects that are of interest to local Fellows, and begin to develop a strategy for future activity in Ireland.
Those who attended the recent RSA Meetup in Belfast (8 December 2016) agreed to share information about Who I am, What I do, and Where I am headed at this upcoming event. This is a technique Alistair has been using for 20 years in many locations to provide an opportunity for deep thoughts and a lot of feeling to be delivered in a very short time.
Everybody is welcome to talk. Please come prepared with your introduction and include nine photographs to illustrate the three headline points:
- Who I am - brief overview of your current position
- What I do - for example, "retired, former headmaster, currently travelling"
- Where I am headed - aspirations, hopes and dreams, ideas for the future, interests in the RSA
Everybody who wishes to talk will have a maximum of two minutes. Please bring photographs on a USB stick: these may illustrate your interests, in commerce, arts, or manufactures. They can be from Google or from your own collection.
Please register to attend this free event by following the "Book Now" link.
If you have any questions, please contact Alistair Fee: ajfee@aol.com.
Location: Northern Ireland Technology Centre, Queen's University Belfast, Chlorine Park, Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 5HN.
