At the House

We're bringing back SHORTIES to RSA House.

On Friday 20 September we'll be screening films all made by women, all different genres and themes with a multitude of powerful messages.

Your ticket will include a welcome drink on arrival where you'll be invited to claim your industry title with a badge - this could be; Director, Producer, Writer, Designer or Camera. This will help aid and direct networking with other women working in film - Shorties is where you can meet your film making tribe! The night will then conclude with an open conversation with the creators of the short's and you'll have your chance to ask questions and get involved.

What you'll be watching:
  • Tales of Courage by Drüe Bisley: A tale of self-discovery, growth, and the healing power of dance.
  • Girls Room by Tracey Lopez: A coming-of-age short film that take place in the backdrop of 2000s, inner city London.
  • The Sweetness of Garlic or How I Stopped Lying and Learnt To Love My Job by Ray.S: A restaurant disaster movie about the horrors of waitressing.
  • Akimbo by Natasha Chloe Biggs: Four guys, a shitty car, and a pyromaniac.
  • The Golden Post Box by Julia Mervis: An ode to a postbox painted gold, and the mood that birthed it.
